The Risks.
Theres a 1 in 10 chance of teeth which haven't already had a root canal, requiring a root canal after a tooth preparation. Some teeth may also become sensitive for a few weeks after deep tooth preparations. While every measure is taken to avoid these risks, in some instances, they still flare up.
